Wednesday Sound Healing Meditation Reflection 02-02-22022

It was a very special time of 2’s for our first group meditation of the year back at the Mudgeeraba Foundation Centre with a beautiful new studio flooring just installed over the break.

Through several minutes from around 2:20pm, Toshiko gently opened up a monologue with a guided invitation to the guests to use this time to think and feel about what is most important to them at this time of life and how they want that to ‘look like’ for the year ahead. This time of the year is also the beginning of the Chinese New Year where similar practices are promoted.

It was also nice to open up a discussion at the close of the meditation for the guests to share their thoughts and aspects of their journey. A common realisation was how much the participants had missed the group sessions over the holiday break, and that they look forward to keeping up the regular practice for the compounding effects.

On the organizational side of things it looks like I will be facilitating these Wednesday day meditations every week for this year, yay! Joining me on various occasions will be other qualified Singing Ring® practitioners and seminar graduates. As well as presenter Toshiko whenever she has the time.
